About facebook and payment

Hello. Today I wanted to buy some crystals via sms. I logged to TO and got my dcc and checked "BUY" page. I was looking what can I buy. And saw that I can buy crystals for 1.07€. I wrote a code and send. I got message which said That payment has took 0.35€ and right after it I got another message which said my sms code is incorrect. But the fact is that they took my money but didnt added crystals. I submitted an application to payment's page but havent recieved a replie so far.

 

Other problem is I have been banned on facebook. I can't comment or like posts. I guess I have been banned like year or more ago. I just want to be unbanned so I can comment and join contests.

Hello. The money was charged by your mobile operator for sending an SMS, which is quite normal and charged each time you send messages, it wasn't charged by Tanki, so there is nothing we can do.

As for your Facebook account - if you were banned on TO's FB page due to several reasons, please contact the FB staff Administrator, @FederalBureauFBI, via a PM and state your issue legibly and clearly.

Yes I checked my sms a few times as it was written in "BUY" section. I still have that sms and reply that crystals wasn't charged Edited April 10, 2015 by Rushqr

The reason behind your facebook ban is?

As I already said I have been banned for 1.5/2 years or so and can't remember the reason for being banned. I can't join the contests or help someome with information (since I play from early 2011) Edited April 10, 2015 by Rushqr
