i am playing a battle which is of 800 mins i played it for 3 hrs and my score is quite high and i m  in the winning team . the battle fund is over 50 K and i cant play the battle for full time please try to understand. can i get my fund if i show the screen shot of the battle?

dude please try to understand .. well if i leave the battle and i join it later anytime can my score be the same at which i left? its a pro battle let me tell u

Tanki Online doesn't force its players to play battles which demand a vast amount of time to end. Each and every player chooses to join battles upon his own wish. It is not our fault that you joined a battle which lasts 10 hours and cannot play it anymore due to certain reasons.

 

If it is a bug, however, then you can attempt to receive crystals you earnt by contacting help@tankionline.com via an Email. That is the tech support which deals with such reports and can return, if valid, crystals to you. Do make sure that the bug isn't a small lag issue which is caused by your equipment - not the servers, as that would not be valid.

 

The most common bug/issue/glitch that players face in TO these days is the battle timer. It glitches into a never ending clock. If you have spot such a battle, you must immediately report to one of the present/online moderators on the forum. They will forward it to the ones responsible for fixing that sort of an issue.

It doesn't matter how high the battle fund was. If you left battle at your own discretion then no one can help you.

Just to give you an example, I was once in a battle with 400k battle fund. I had an exrltemely good score and would have won 45-50k but I had to leave beacause it was late night and server restart was 4 hours later. I did not get a single crystal out of that battle.

This is the reason you should avoid going into long battles. Tanki is developing a new system which would save your score, so if you enter the same battle later your score would remain same. As of now, you won't get any crystals from that battle. Sorry.
