He's right you know. I know many many 12-14 year olds who are actually MORE mature and more knowledgeable of the game than some 17 or even 20 year olds! If someone is willing to help, the admins should at least give some people a chance and not just discard their application for the age. Plus this could teach people responsibility, which is a serious and important thing to have to succeed in life.

Even if the age is still to remain the same, at least lower it a few years so that some people can have a chance and not wait 2-3 more years, which by the way, is a long time in internet years.

The age doesn't really matter. It's the maturity that matters.

& also, a person can be 22 and be as dumb as _____.  ^ +

It does. Can you get your driving license at 12? No. There is a reason for that.

well, there is a difference between physical state and mental state.

You actually can. Kids at 12 years old can become a driving person. It's just against the law for kids under 16 to drive.

When I was 12-13 I thought I had what it took to be a member of the staff. Now that I am older, I know that I was wrong.

However, there are staff positions available to younger members. I am barely fifteen years old, and I am a member of the staff, working as a Reporter. Kevred was only 12 when he became a Reporter. Also, I believe that there is no definite age requirement for E Sports helpers.

I certainly believe that Staff applications shouldn't automatically be declined based on age. But I don't think that the administration should actively be looking for kids or create new positions just to appease children.

Being a member of the staff is a serious business, and I personally doubt that a Twelve year old would preform as well as an 18 year old in many positions of the staff. But, I don't think that age should altogether prevent a member from joining the staff.

I like the concept of getting unique paints (I would like one as well), however with age comes wisdom and skill, without it you could not see the world around you for what it truly is. Like many others have said before wait a few years and, then apply for a staff position you'll be better for it :)

age, rank, and gender should not be necessary when filling out any applications on tanki. like what was said above, many people are more mature than most people there age, and some people who are really low ranks know a lot more about the game than people who are higher ranks. I dont know why gender even is on the application, like, why?

it especially makes it confusing and difficult for people who are born one gender yet identify as another gender. Im sure a lot of players on tanki are against people who do this, so its an unpopular opinion, but even than if someone is female and is applying for a postion, yet does not want to release her gender because of privacy issues than what is she supposed to do?

Thats a state issue, not national. Also in many states (USA) the driver license release age can very depending on height to see through the wind shield and if your legs are long enough to reach the pedals. I get what your saying, you just used a bad example.

most moderators will welcome the helping tendency of the players in a good way but being a tanki online staff member will be select only by administrators

Moderators are selected by chat administrators. You can help tankionline in many ways, like report violators in Violation section, you can help players by clearing their doubts etc.

@Kevred Is 13, he has been doing his job since the age of 12. Other kids can too.

His job is different. Unlike chat and forum mods, reporters have little power and do not require to make judgments.

Hello Tanki! There are many kids out there that really want a job to become a "helper of tanki" Why not give them the opportunity to become one? Tanki should create a job where kids can become a helper of tanki. For example: A kid has to be 12 years and older to become a game reporter ( To send reports to tanki. Sending over 200 reports will give you a special paint with no protection.)

I'm 12 years old and I really want to help out tanki. No matter how dumb or smart I am, I really want to help the community. Tanki is a lovely game & there's many players who want's to help it out and make it better.

I hope this can be accepted because It's a great idea. There are kids who are 15 and 14 years old and has a great education and would love to become a helper of tanki. I would really love this job <3

BRING TANKI JOBS FOR KIDS!

toby, im 11 and trust me, my small little chats with federalbureauFBI have shown me why people under 16 arent too fit too hold postitions. There is always a certain amount of maturity required :)

ok, let me explain, reporters dont have 'powers' like the other staff positions. In terms of reporting, only your writing skills matter. If conanthedestroyer thinks your writing is better than average, you're in Edited by tanker538N

Being a staff member of TO takes quite a lot of responsibility, sense of maturity and a cool head. Not all young players lack that, but most do.

It is rather sad about the current situation of a player's mind about the helpers of TO. It is a big fuss, some players consider to accomplish it by changing their own lives just to fit into the spot, for some it becomes an addiction and some fall victim of serious deep interests for becoming one.

You might say that just because I became one, I seem to have forgotten your feelings and interests for becoming a helper - no. As a matter of fact I was denied the very first time I applied myself. I know how it feels.

Besides, TO is just a game. It doesn't play a major role in our lives. A day without TO doesn't affect our lives. What I'm trying to say is that don't get far too deep into the whole thing that you loose your education progress, discard daily activities which are necessary for your health etc.

Anyways - you should contact one of Administrators familiar with the position which you suggest should exist; , @Yele, @Shar0n & @FederalBureauFBI - these are responsible for answering and replying to such requests.

I understand what's being said, although what S.C.Y.T.H.E said sums up my viewpoint.
