Changes in forum permission sets

Can we get chat IP bans soon so people won't be able to go chat on their alts at all??? it's so unfair people who are supporsed to be serving their bans can easily create an account and get it up 3 levels, then they can post on forums (EVEN IN PROBLEMS & SOLUTIONS THEY CALL TROLL)

What makes you so sure that it wasn't a joke??? Have you seen any of this guy's posts? If he's not the top joker on the forum, he's definitely in the Top Three!! You might want to think a bit more before saying stuff like that, because if somebody says that they were joking, then they were joking. Why would somebody lie like that? It just makes no sense.
