Game froze and lost 3 hours of struggle

I came into a game when the time was 700 minutes. I was playing until all the red team left the game. My team there were 6 people with points. They all left when the time went down to 650 minutes. One of them told me that it wasn't work staying so he/she left. I stayed until the time of the game reach around 600 minutes and then some people came and started doing parkour. Then I got mad and told them to stop and they didn't. later they all left. around the time of 680 minutes left I still waited. By then I have captured 210 flags because i was the only one on my team. There was no one in the red team too. Then my screen just froze and when it went back to normal I lost all my achievements! I check it twice to make sure and I had no points! I got really mad and started to cuss even though there was no one there. I got banned for 24 hours but it should be okay because the only person there was me. Then 2 minutes later 2-5 people joined and some joined the red team too. Before I knew it I was close to the very last place. My 3 hours I spent on that game capturing over 150 flags by myself has gone to waste. My account name is DarkNicoHell. Since My account DarkNicoHell is connected to Miniclip I couldn't sign in to the tanki online forum. Right now I'm in My Burning-Rage account so I can sign in and complain about this. If you guys can fix it then please email me to Yangster_209@hotmail.com because thats the email connected to my DarkNicoHell account on Miniclip. I want to thank you guys for taking the time to look at my message. I beg you guys to please return the 13k crystals I earn. I just sent another long paragraph to the tanki online support team 5 minutes ago about this too. And i'm serious about this. If I don't get my crystals I earned back I'm going to quit this game with all my other accounts! Please actually take the time to think about what I just wrote. I don't want 3 hours of my free time from highschool to go to waste. Thank you.

It is a very frustrating thing to loose a lot of score due to some PC issue indeed.

 

However, rather sadly, Tech Support can help you with crystals loss situation if you're hacked, didn't get rank-up crystals or didn't receive any crystals after the battle ended.

 

You should still try to contact them. If some sort of an error appeared; "re-enter game" or "Connection closed by server" for example, then you should have a screenshot of the battle(with the timer would be better) and send it to help@tankionline.com via an Email. They will give you the crystals you deserve.

 

For the future - use Mozilla Firefox for tanki as it has good results than other browsers. If not a browser, then use Flash Player standalone as it works great as well. How to reduce lags should aid in keeping the issues clear as well.
