Hello, i had a tank called masterboo, but it was long time ago. If im right, line with 3 stars. Okay, i send this situation to help@tanki, but they didnt do anything. Ask me some questions about this tank. I will try answer, but remember, it was maybe 4 or 5 years ago, it was then, when mamoth was new hull, i remember game with them,i remember last password, okay, just ask me mods to prove you and i will try.

 

Sorry for grammar, im not from england, im latvian, where masterboo born!

As far as I could gather, you had an account named masterboo and you have now forgotten it's password. You emailed help@tankionline.com but they asked you questions.

Now, please note that only help desk can help you get your account back. No mod or player can do so. If you have emailed help desk then you have to wait for their reply. It usually takes 4-5 days depending on their workload. There is nothing you can do except wait for their answer.

I say that. Program just answered it is impossible. Where i can ask for real human? That crap help@tankionline.com sucks. Program cant understand my situation, because it is make for that, when tank is stealed days or hours ago, but not years! No masterboo, no playing.

Help desk is not a program. It is a team of people who assess problems and devise solutions. If they can't help you, no one can get back your account.

Are you sure that you answered all questions as they should have been?

The best way to get your account back is by telling the info in a detailed form so it would be easier for them to return.

E-Mail them,wait for the reply and answer the questions they ask.

 

I too lost 2,3 accounts but after answering the questions correctly they returned my account

Sending repetitive emails just delays the whole process as your email goes back to end of the line. They send this message:

"The Help Desk team works 24 hours a day processing tickets strictly as they arrive, without selecting or rejecting "unfavorable" ones. At the moment, there is a queue of XXX tickets.

Queries on the queue at the time the letter was received: XXX.

Truthfully this is bad that you are the topic holder, and should be understandable not savagely rude to every one or taking your anger out on other people trying to help. It would be nice if you stay patient and calm, while tech support works over and reviews on this issue that can possibly be resolved. Also we can't do anything here so its for you now to pay attention to emails in resort of the issue of your own. Thanks!
