The egg - a chicken doesn't plop out of nowhere. Think about evolution. A species similar to chickens could have laid an egg. Natural selection takes place (go google natural selection if you're not sure what it is) then an egg is laid and a chicken comes from it. That chicken lays eggs and those chickens and the chickens after them etc.....

or where's the proof, i mean the creature between monkeys & humans? There's no proofs that tell us that

Same as the chicken, archaeologists would find the creature that gave us the egg, well there's no proof so, the chicken came first.

Evolution is just a non-sense talking which tries to make sense, and will never find the enough proofs to make it.
