Ping lag

I have one problem. My ping is alright but sometimes it jumps to 500-999 and i lag.. I see everybody lagging and i cant do anything. And after 10-30 seconds i get back to normal

 

I think this started in december 2014... But lately Im getting annoyed

 

How can i fix this?

i Had the same problem PING was 999 then when i put on full screen everything worked fine  :P  :P

You have good speed, Your problem is other for example type of conecction (wiffi, cable) or If someone in your home use internet (youtube make lags) , off graphics and use a antivirus, off skype (make bugs and bad ping)
