Trading crystals with other tanks/ giving crystals to other tanks, selling m1,m2,m3

I think tankers of a specific rank should ba able to trade crystals with other players if they want.

 

:excl: Only the tanks who go regullary on tanki and are above this specific rank can change crystals with a maximum           amount of 5000 crystals,

 

The tankers should also be able to sell a M3 turret/ hull to make it a M2 turret/hull, 
The amount of crystals you get of selling is:

 

From M3 to M2: You should get 2/3   of your crystals paid back.

From M2 to M1: you should get 1/2   of your crystals paid back.

From M1 to M0: You should get 5/12 of your crystals paid back.

 

I hope these idea's are good enough to be added to the game

Trading/selling/refunds will not be implemented.
