Acc suspended without any proof and reason

Dear,

       Tankionline im waiting this to infrom u that my friends acc ( Nick : Musab2000 ) was suspended when he was playing in polygon . reason : 3rd party softwares , well he didnt use such type of software there must be some miss understanding please check this issue he has already wasted his alot of time playing this OR u can also check the IP address maybe someone hacked it and used softwares

 

If he really used some software's then give me some proof so i can believe like pic or video etc..

If its your friend's account, ask him to write to help@tankionline.com and through e-mail and tell him to explain what had happened. :)

Such problems can't be solved in forum. Asking moderators to remove your block is pointless. The only way is help@tankionline.com

No one in the Helpers list makes deliberate mistakes. We log everything in carefully and review everything repeatedly.

 

Third party software can mean Fly hacking, using other programs to change cookies and use a paint of your own(only in your screen) or use it to apply special paints, or promoting/advertising 3rd party links(scams) to others in the chat, private PM, forum or elsewhere - chat moderators can issue a ban for those reasons and even more which aren't kept publicly visible(i.e. previous bans in the karma).

 

As the issue being answered above, Tech Support is the only solution. You can contact the chat Administrators for questions or investigation.

@Shar0n, (keep in mind that writing to one is enough, writing to both at once is pointless and would waste their time)
