It's debatable. Russian was my first or second language. I learned English and Russian at the same time so it's a bit iffy. 

 

Some people would say it's easy (because they have already learned it) and some would disagree.

 

I believe Russian is a much more difficult language than English. Russian has more letters, more letter variations, and a bit more ways to "curse someone off"
