I use many softwares to create paints, So should I screen each one? or just type the names of the software?

Any fan art allowed? Like a explosion behind the tank and some effects?(Shadows, background, name of paint, views.) Or is it strictly one view of a Combo with nothing but the defualt tank viewer look and the paint texture?

Here's an example: Is that type of entry allowed in this contest?
