Good for photography & much better than many DSLR`s

Absolutely,

If you look at megapixels yeah; 20,7 is quite something.

it can compete with compact cameras, but still loses against crop sensor DSLR's.

Color reproduction on those is much better thanks to the bigger sensor.

Yeah okay unless it's an older model, where high ISO range will get you sandpaper instead of an actual photo.

Still for a phone though, 20,7 MP... what the heck  :P

The aperture of the lens is F2.8, that's pretty nice too for soft backgrounds.

Don't get me wrong; I edited this to the bone.

Know exactly what you mean :-)

I find it very convenient to take out my Nokia lumia 1020 * 41 mp camera rather than my Nikon D810 which is used for my main

shoots & events & exhibition work but I have been known to use my cam phone for this as well.

RE the sandpaper quality

who says every image has to be pin sharp

myself the high iso grain can actually look very effective if your wishing to creative a certain type of image

drives me nuts when people say "Every image has to be pin sharp every time" :-D

My personal opinion is that if your experience as a photographer/artist then you can take a great creative shot no matter

which camera you have be it a high end DSLR or a simple 10 mp compact or a camera phone :-)

BTW I like the guitar image you posted

nice 1.

For what? I don't need a phone.

Good for you. Stay away from those MHz EM waves. Corded phones are best healthy for civilians. Everytime it rings in your trousers, it is killing you. Unless you face dangers/troubles everyday ( Facebook ? Twitter ? Really ? ). For work, families use cases, I can understand.

Consult a good book on electrical safety.

The radiation emitted from smartphones has been decreased drastically though.

The top 20 phones that emit the highest radiation are mostly older (chinese) models.

Motorola, Alcatel and Huawei generally have the highest radiation levels measured in SAR (Specific absorption rate).

All of them are quite cheap or are either older devices.

My Xperia is rated for 0,19 SAR or something; higher than 1 is rarely seen nowadays.

Newer Samsung Galaxy models score even better... waaaayyy better.
