Developers will fix this problem, it's kinda game bug.

for fast solution contact any admin available in the chat, or any chat moderator, they will contact the admins soon as possible to forcibly end the battle.

Do what's DonCarnage said in case you need to leave the battle due to the timer that glitches. 

 

If you face this problem in the future, you must also contact help@tankionline.com to let them now that the timer of your battle glitches. Make sure to add the link to your battle. Tech support will forcibly end your battle as soon as they've received your mail.
