Brown screen AND Fatal error messages...

I was reading a post that describes this problem, but the topic is locked so i have to make a new one.

 

When im playing a game, i will randomly get a "fatal Error" popup which requires me to restart the battle, leave the battle or completely refresh the page.  Now im not too fussed about my lost rewards, its more the hassle of constantly having to refresh my game, and this can happen several times in a single game.  This only began happening yesterday. This NEVER seems to happen at the start of a game, only partially into one.

 

On top of that, after i die/join a match thats midway through, after my tank spawns, but before i start moving, the game screen will turn a light shade of brown..  The game is still continuing, i just cant see whats happening.  It shows me the combat logs, who died etc, on top of the brown aswell as displaying the scoreboard if i hit tab, just not the game itself.  Only way ive found to solve it is by refreshing the page or returning to the lobby, which again is frustrating on top of the crash error.  This NEVER happens while im fighting, only at the start of a spawn.

 

 

Now!, i read up about the brown screen in the forums, and it suggested it was ping related.  My ping in game runs in the low 20s, so i cant imagine that is too high or the devs are dreaming about who can and cant play.  I did change my DNS to the google address listed in that post but it didnt have any noticeable effect.  I have ran a tracer thru the command prompt and it does complete the route and end on a healthy 45ms, what that means is beyond my tech knowledge. (running via ethernet and not wireless, not sure if thats important either)

 

I have tried this on my main browser, Firefox, aswell as the IE, which was choppy ontop of still having these problems, so im back to firefox.  I have so far only tried servers 11 and 7, but since it happened on both with no noticeable increase or decrease in it happening i assumed it wasnt server related.

 

Tank Stats:

Usually, Isida M0 with quite a few upgrades i wont list - Viking M0 also with a lot of upgrades.  Though also happens with the Thunder M0, same hull.

 

Sys Specs

Res 1920x1200 (using a TV)

I3-4160 3.6Ghz

8Gb Ram

GTX 740 2Gb

Win 8.1 64bit x64

20mbit internet speed (typical 2meg download speed)

 

I just newly installed/enabled the .NET Framework 3.5, as apparently its normally disabled in win8, though im not sure if it has any effect whatsoever on the game.  I have since played a couple of matches and it didnt make any difference.  Attached is a screeny of another brown screen post update.  As you can see, from my lovely captured death in the top corner, i have just respawned.

 

Any advice or solutions would be much appreciated, time spent crashing is time spent letting fellow tankers die :P

Testing that now, flash player has been cleaned, browser cache im a bit limited on right now. 

 

ive played 2 maps, though i had several games on 1 of them and no problems whatsoever.  Thats not to say its definately fixed, but its looking good.  Thanks for the advice :)

Ive read that forum post, it didnt work. Thats the locked post i was referring to in my original post.

 

I havent had anymore fatal errors, but the brown screen is back again.

I get that same brown screen frequently too. I have done all the cache clearing, browser resetting and it does not seem to help. I also use firefox and mouse controls.

The brown screen error has been going on for months now and neither of the staff or developers have noticed it or are too blind to see it. But for many of use we have lost lots of crystals due to this, i would like some kind of refund for the lack of support from staff, mods and even the helpdesk who say the same things over and over again.
