Please help! Today morning I purchased the first package of crystals available for visa credit cards which is $1.74 with discount. After entering all information and clicking the "BUY" button, on the top of the payment wall it said "Try again after entering your correct CVV number". So I did, but the same thing happened again. I tried about 4 times and now my bank sends me a massage saying 4 payments have been done. But I needed to make only one.

It has been about 5 hours now and still I havent received a single crystal. I already sent a report, but please look into this matter and if you can undo 3 of the payments and give me the crystals or give me crystals for all the money I have paid.

Seems tanki employees would be better off disabling the ability to get a dcc on sale days and just double the crystal packages for the day. Lot's of angry tankers will be happy.
