I want to buy crystals with mobile payment for 7 euros but after i sent "Please text PW6 to 1378.

 

And input received code.", i never recieved the code to my mobile. I had waited a half hour, shouldn't i get it faster like after sending the message? Also i tried ti send it second time but no luck - only lost money from my mobile account for SMS sending - about 0,15 or 0,20 euros but didn't lose those 7 euros yet.

 

 

Is it normal for "Mobiamo" to send the code that long via mobile payment?

Mobile payments usually take longer time than usual, especially in holidays, when many people purchase crystals. Just wait and don't sent multiple messages.

It takes few hours, but sometime it takes at least a day, but if you still don't get crystals after a day, check this topic"What to do if you have paid but didn't get crystals, but normally people gets it after a day, so if you don't receive it then follow that link.

I didn't got any code after a day.. I'm really dissapointed because i wanted to buy crystals and i couldn't.. The mobile payments should be fixed to send the code faster.  Atleast tanki could make the sale for SMS payments too. I'm using " ežys" which is advanced payment pre-paid mobile phone service providers (used google translate O_o) which is made by "omnitel" and the paymennt site showed that you can pay for the crystals with it. I bought crystals by SMS payments using "ežys" and it worked fine. Why can't mobile payments be like that too...
