problems buying crystals

so i've tred to buy some crystals with my Visa car, and i keep getting the message "transaction not completed" with a sad face. I've brought crystals many times with this method and it's been fine.

 

is anyone else experienceing this?

 

if so, was it a problem with the payment section or your bannk?

 

 

(before anyone mentions it i have enough money for the transaction)

thanks for the response, got it sorted now.

my bank has decided to not trust my transaction from tanki so had to authorise the payment.
