Gold and PING

>Enters a map with a good PING.
>Reads Gold box notification.
>Finds a drop zone.
>PING turns into 999.
>Touches the gold.
>Gold goes through me and someone else catches it.
>Rages hard for 24 hrs.

Really, this happened to me since June 1st. The day when the "Tanki B-day" event started. The PING gets to 999 when gold drops, and then gets back to normal when someone catches it. It can't be the network connection that caused this, because there was no lag at all when the PING hit the limit. I'm just confused and angry now. I missed 3 6k golds and 3 1k golds unfairly. I don't think it's just me. I'm sure some other people have this problem.

I caught 1 gold today in Rio...it almost went through meh  :huh:

That happens due to bad internet connection, and when your ping goes really high, but tech support won't refund you, if it is your own internets fault, they only refund when it's tanki online's fault. However to reduce this lag, i suggest you to change the tanki link e.g normally tanki link starts like this , so before "tankionline.com.....", add "123.tankionline.com", which looks like this , or you can add your nickname rather then "123.tankionline.com". This may reduce your lags, but it works for me, whenever i want to play i always change the link and i don't get any lag. So you should try this too. :)
