My health bar does not work in team battles!

It's just blue above my ammo bar. Even if my health is critical it still shows it's full! Why is this? Or is it normal?

I don't see any picture. 

Sometimes, when I play on my dad's PC for the better FPS, it seems like the same thing happens. But really, the monitor makes everything so much brighter that it's hard to see the difference between HP you've lost and HP you still have. I mainly noticed this when playing on the blue team.

In the picture attached it shows my health bar when shot by another tank 4 times!
