Why russian news are not at english Tanki?

Hi to everyone, it's again me

Last few weeks, I have seen some at forum and game chat, english community saying, "TO is unfair game, it is game for "Russians", they only care about them..."

I sometimes agree that unfortunately. I have VK account and I logged in for Tanki and I saw news that are not told in english Tanki. When I see it says 23rd July 2015 and the crystal image next to it, I feel like something good will happen. May I ask why we are not told about that news?

Here is one picture of the new,

Thanks.

^ What is that Russian message about?

And yeah, TO is biased towards Russians. Just look how much rubles to purchase crystals compared to rest of the world.

Also rest of the world cannot Use rubles to buy crystals. Only Rus folks can.

Bias TO, bias.

Lol, this isn't relevant to the English community. I used a Russian OCR and Google translate, and this is what it says:

"Tankman! Due to problems on the side of payments aggregator with

23 June 2015 temporarily discontinued accepting payments through

terminal networks in Ukraine. If you're in

"Tanks Online" from Ukraine to replenish their stocks of crystal

You can use bank cards and electronic wallets

SMS We do our best to solve the problem as

soon as possible. We apologize for

inconvenience."

Wow, you aren't kidding.  I just looked at it and the prices are literally half.  2999 py6 for the 150k+200k category, which converts to $53 USD.  I wonder if it'd let you log into the russian language version and use a visa card.  I mean visa is an accepted payment, usually automatically converts, and often don't have a foreign exchange fee.

-Edit- Tried it and the card was declined.  Not sure if a matter of my specific card, sanctions, or foreign ips being filtered for payments.

The Russian message is about errors in payment systems, which are only located in Ukraine. Since Ukrainian players use the Russian interface, there is no point showing this message in English, as it is not applicable. I can assure you that whenever news are released only in Russian it simply means that the news is not related to the English community, so there is nothing to worry about  :)

Tankers! Due to errors on the payment systems side, from 23rd of June 2015 the payment option via the terminal network will be disabled in Ukraine. If you play Tanki Online from Ukraine, you can still top up your crystal reserves with credit cards, electronic wallets and SMS. We are doing everything we can to resolve this issue as soon as possible. We apologise for the inconvenience.
