I am in the same situation, i lost around 50000 crystals. Nice robbery method they played on us, knowing not everyone will pay close attention to the new trick . 

 

 

I already sent info to tanki help changed my pass word just lost over 30,000 crystals .

 If the mission thingy is the case then its robbery.

Ofcourse, if u dont watch carefully... if u dont watch at all it means it's scam and it tanki fault not your..?

they said in vlog, in daily mission post that 1 change per day is free and the other changes will cost.. after 1 payed change u should realise that it takes crystals off, not spend 30k or even 50k..

The problem is entering the server the missions are plastered over the battles! now you cant enter a battle until you clear the thing.

 Thus possibly clicking the wrong thingy! I never wanted a mission didnt want to ever fool with it but cant get around it.

   This is clearly wrong if you lost crystals this way. I do not know where mine went just saw this in the forum. could be :rolleyes:

I too made a tragic error.  I'm almost embarrassed to admit that I lost close to 400,000 crystals; not realizing that each time I hit the change button it was costing me 1650 crystals.  I understand it now, but for some reason it just did not click until I looked at what my crystals had dwindled down to and then put 2 and 2 together.  I've spent a few thousand dollars over the time I've been here and I have no complaints about that.  I feel that Tanki has not been clear or fair on this issue.  I contacted them and they will not make any restitution.  This is the fist time I feel some animosity toward the administrators of this sight.  I love the game, the new ideas, the products - every thing about it, until now.  Now I feel that the powers to be are not sympathetic to customers' needs and solely motivated by profit, no matter what the cost.

By the way, I do take some responsibility in this for not reading the fine print; nonetheless, since this is a new process added, one would hope for some help with the mistake many of us had made.  I would gladly be happy with partial reimbursement, but to just say we will not make any restitution for this error leaves me very let down.  I will still play because I love the game, but much of the good feelings I've had about the behind the scene personnel of TANKI have significantly diminished.

Having just written that I got an email from help and they say this:

 

"Hello!

Changing of daily missions is chargable service, unfortunately, compensation is impossible in this case."

 

So all those that feel negative about Tanki support are correct in their assumption that Tanki help is anything but help.   I'm annoyed with myself and I'm a fool for not noticing the charge on my account and a fool for thinking Tanki would see it was a genuine mistake on my behalf.

You should have spent crystals on changing missions, The tanki support can see what your crystals spent on. (I THINK). They really helped me once when i got a glitch. The returned my crystals.

I really like this update. I am getting easily 10k crystals only from my missions. I never change missions. Once tried the free mission change. I never lost any crystals. I really liked it. And about the xt rail gun and xt hornet, I never got it as a mission so how can i get 300k crystals. Many players already have it.  :(

If you guys convince the support team to start refunding crystals for such a mistake, then I'll just go ahead and change my missions as much as I want to, get the best missions there are... then pretend it was a 'mistake' and send off an e-mail for compensation, therefore benefiting from using a charged service for free. Let me know if that happens!

That happens when players just close every notification they get in game. It was clearly stated that only 1 change per day is free. I am sorry for your crystal lose, but this  aint ripp off or games fault, You were not aware how things worked.
