planned Voice chat in battles

First of all, I like this idea a bit. Voice chat would allow us to speak to our teammates and coordinate action without diverting our keyboard away from the game.

But, there will be a problem in filtering spam and profanity because of this. So overall, I think its 50-50.

I agree with the mute button. But i would like something such as group chats, that way you and your friends can talk privately, without the other players hearing their conversations.

Maybe they can make something to make like a group call..or like when u press on a name..you will have options like copy name,add friend,etc..

Well..it should not cause lag after all..People are having really hard lag these days so..if voice chat gonna be added then it should not cause lag..I don't like this public voice chat thing..As I said before.. they should add "Call" and "Add to Call" options..Many strangers will start swearing and insulting if its public.

Many players already voice call while playing TO, whether it be on Skype or TeamSpeak. It's a great advantage and a lot of fun.

In battle, it is inconvenient to type a strategy to fellow players without the burden of getting destroyed or something while typing. On game consoles such as PS3 or PS4, you have a mic to discuss. I think this would be beneficial. As far as bad language goes, there can be an age restriction on the microphones plus an e-signature on a Tanki contract verifying we are old enough to use this feature; example: 13 years and older. 

 

Microphone would derive from either a built in webcam for newer computers or just a regular store bought webcam. Or just a microphone. No video, just voice to better discuss and faster without having to pause and type.

First of all, this has already been suggested and rejected. Also, "e-signatures" do not mean anything, it is just as simple for a 9 year old to "verify" that they are over 13 as it is for someone who is actually over 13.

There should be 2 buttons for switching,type to voice chat and voice to type chat in my idea.   Nice idea :)
