I'm back over to MSI????

MSI, Asus and Gigabyte are all reliable manufacturers for motherboards. It's really up to you to decide.

I actually built my own PC a few weeks ago now, and used a Gigabyte motherboard.

Gigabyte GA-H97M-D3H

Not bad.

I went for the Gigabyte GA-Z97-HD3, as it is packed with features and most importantly, will allow me to overclock my CPU.

This is important I get this right. Because I get up early every morning and watch my daughter on TV. She is an Anchor on network television. So I stream and it always breaks up. So I'm ordering a better internet service at 75 mbps and need a real good computer setup!

Your internet speed and bandwidth is the important part for streaming TV. The specs of the computer are pretty much irrelevant - as long as the hardware is decent (which it is), you'll be fine.

I'm hearing something about SSD technology???

Yea you should get one. They can make your computer boot in seconds. Also placing slow loading programs in it helps it load more faster.

So i decide to go after this Motherboard.

That board dont support overclocking i7 4790k. It's 100 bucks more expensive and the only good thing is Ddr4 memory. Its better to go with z97 ones

More importantly, I'm not sure if this motherboard will fit with your CPU at all. Check the CPU socket, and the socket for the motherboard (LGA 2011-3).

Get the Asus z97-a motherboard or msi z97 gaming both support overclocking the i7 4790k

Now tell me why would you overclock an i7? It would be a waste of time and he would lose the guarantee. I have non-overclocked i5 and I have never seen it work over 60%(even GTA IV, havent tried GTA V yet). Simply pointless.

Go with Tri SLi GTX 980Ti

34GB DDR4 RAM

1500 Watt PSU

An NZXT or Define case.

EDIT:

Hardpipe watercool it too.

This will probably set you back around £4000 - 5000.

Why not? You will have a faster processor. Try some heavy work like video editing and you will see. And he wants it not only for gaming but also live streaming. The 'k' series processors are made for overclocking, it won't void the warranty/guarantee.
