1st of all... i don't trust you, simply based on your name.

2nd of all yes they do receive a salary, but it is usually barley above minimal wage.

3rd of all, it's a way for you to get rid of spare change (nickels, dimes, loonies/one-dollar-bills) so it's advantageous to YOU
