They haven't said anything about posting in all the communities. It's because there was a separate Players' choice in each of three communities. However, Developers' choice was a joint nomination for all three communities. Developers don't care about who made the videos, English, Russians or anyone else. They re looking for good videos.

Don't worry, they can accept your videos till August 4. So, they will tell you soon.

I checked the youtube link about 20 times, and retyped my 5-letter nickname about ten times to make sure there was no typo ._.

 

But I'm still super-duper nervous.
