Eating is good for health. Without food life won't last much longer. Your life also depends on what your everyday routine of eating is. Eating fast food too often - not the best idea. A person should take in at least the required vitamins nutrients and fats an average human should take to stay normal and prevent getting illnesses or diseases. :P There: I discussed it.
