for pakistani it is not easy to buy crystal from other links even pressing buy button in game
also no sms payment and mobile payment not available in our country

Are all the payment methods remain there? I am using "Subway" gift card to buy crystals. I still have quite an amount on my card, which I received as a birthday present. Hope you won't remove the Subway card in the new system.

well becoz of some stupid rules [pin veification] by govt of INDIA any debit/credit card issued in india cannot be used for international transactions at any POS terminals be it online or offline apart from ATM's. we cannot hold/add funds in our paypal acc's also. other workarounds like virtual cards charge high rates. and no other solution apart from SMS works for buying crys for me. with which i get much less crys. Tanki pls provide a way to pay via card to us indians. What i can suggest is take a look at payu.in or ccavenue.com

The option to customize the number of crystals purchased will be removed. We’ve done this to simplify the process of purchasing сrystals, and guarantee you get the biggest crystal bonus possible for your purchase.

But I guess it's not that bad, just please consider at least having a poll if it should be restored.

No, SMS prices will not be reduced, just because the fees are so huge. Not our fault there. However, we have already started looking for cheaper Mobile Payment options.

what about those who want to purchase crystalls for other people ? there was a special site trough xsolla that we could type the nickname we wanted and the amount we wanted to purchase for that nickname and now its removed , will there be something similar ?

Removing customization of crystal amount is a BAD idea. The current system allows customizing the exact dollar amount (how much the user is willing to spend) not just the number of crystals.

Since the packages have been improved, please leave the customization for players who wish to benefit from it.

Adjustment of the price of crystals according to current world currency rates

 

We are adjusting the price of crystals according to current world currency rates, effectively decreasing the price of crystals for the EN Community. This means you will be getting more crystals for the same amount of money.

 

When compared to the old rates, purchases made in Euros will be approximately 20% cheaper, while purchases made in US Dollars will be up to a whopping 44% cheaper!

 

New packages for purchasing crystals

 

We are removing the current crystal packages and creating new ones that are better value for money.

 

The option to customize the number of crystals purchased will be removed. We’ve done this to simplify the process of purchasing сrystals, and guarantee you get the biggest crystal bonus possible for your purchase.

 

You will be able to choose between 6 packages with the following values:

• 7 500 crystals for 2,99 USD/EUR
• 25 000 crystals for 7,99 USD/EUR
• 56 500 crystals for 14,99 USD/EUR
• 131 000 crystals for 29,99 USD/EUR
• 250 000 crystals for 49,99 USD/EUR
• 438 000 crystals for 69,99 USD/EUR

Hey, there's no precise info on that. Once the economical model of the new Tanki takes its final shape, we'll be able to tell. For now it's not clear at all. If it's close to the current model, there might be a transfer mechanism. If it's not, there will at least be goodies for those who were dedicated players of the current TO.

Wasn't a feature, it wasn't intended to be used like that. We'll analyze the situation and if enough tankers would be willing to be able to buy crystals for their friends, we'll consider adding such option for all payment methods, not just that Xsolla thing.
