Some of the changes in the original post are now removed. Upon careful revision, we realized that implementing the measures in question all at once would have affected the game’s economy negatively. So we’ve decided to withhold them for now, until we can find a more gradual way of implementing them.

 

Rest assured that we will continue to explore ways to make Euro and USD purchases more advantageous for players. However, it will take some time.

For example: If you buy in Russia for 299 RUB (5.07 USD) you get 22500 crystals. But if you buy in the rest of World for 9.99 USD you get 19000 crystals.

 

For less money in Russia (in RUB) you get more crystals then if buy for more USD in the rest of the World !

The only good that i see after i rechecked the payment system is that i have a choise in prepaid cards to set the amount i want to buy, otherwise i would not buy anymore . Although i am not buying via paypal or credit card i recommend to add again the choise of people selecting the amount they want to buy that you rolled back on prepaid cards. P.S dont forget about a link that  some people would be able to buy for friends by entering the nickname and setting the amount they want to buy for them , once more i would apreciated that...

I don't understand what is the difficulty of fixing the price. You have already done the calculations and announced the new price a couple of days ago; just set the new price in your system and that is, right? What makes you to mess things up like this?

 

Do you know why so many players are pissed off? It is because you said the price for crystals with USD would be 44% off but at the end we have just a few crystals per dollar more for the new price; some new packages are even worse than before. Players don’t ask for the price reduction; it is you told everyone that the price would be 44% reduced in the first place.  Plus you cut off the rewards of daily missions by half at the same time. If you do things in the reverse way, this kind of pissing off and chaos won’t happen.

 

I hope you can do something to calm the players down a bit. I don’t mean I want to take your advantage but you may think about to make players happy so that we stay playing Tanki and you will be happy too. At this moment, please consider at least one of the followings:

 

1) you may issue all players the Double Crystal Card (DCC) for this weekend (or at least on Sunday) so that the buyers can (or willing to) buy some crystals they want. I know some of us may want something from the garage like supplies, turrets, product kits, micro-upgrades but they don’t have enough crystals for the moment so that they want to top up their account. Give all players the DCC and make those who want (or really need) to buy crystals happily :lol: . You will have lots of players paying real money to buy crystals this weekend if you do so.

 

2) please consider to put the original amount of rewards for completing daily missions back until the new better cheaper price for USD is fixed, without increasing the difficulty of the missions. This would make everyone happy. :D

 

3) allow us to change the daily missions as many times as we want for free until the new better cheaper price is fixed. This would make most of the players a bit happier. :)

 

What I want is hoping to let both players and Tanki can reach a win-win situation. Please realise that to make profit is important for a business but the reputation and popularity are also important factors for running a good business.

 

I will see what you are going to do and decide whether I will stay or go away.

1- Well, let me ask u something are u a representative of a Credit/Debit card agency, selling cards/ banks acc to everyone?? -_-

2- you buy crystals and would love to invest more? good..

3- u are saying open bank acc or get a card. its not an easy task.

4- u r defying the fact that majority of players are under 15.

3b - plus opening a bank acc in any country requires undergoing various levels of verifications.

5- who cares to open an acc or get a card just for tanki? i'd rather not play a game like this. 

 

6- so my point is stop imposing ur ideas on others when u don't understand their situation.

3c- + it much more easy to get hands on a gift card then to undergo the hectic process of banking for a ~15 player [majority]  <_<

1- No, but like others I can investigate.

2- Yes, but no one really wants to buy anything. I instead consider the alternatives and based on that I'd rather buy than have a crappy made game.

3a- No, I was saying that if someone wants a higher crystals payout then they should open an account which would then give them access to a debit credit bank card (which doesn't loan you money, as opposed to a credit card or a credit bank card). I'll respond further in 3b.

3b- I know it's not easy to open a bank account (by children's standards which is understandable) and that is why the payout in crystals is higher: https://www.justlanded.com/english/Oman/Oman-Guide/Money/Opening-an-account

3c- Yes, getting a gift card is far easier to acquire than getting a bank card (even I do so from time to time as an adult), which is why the payout is much lower.

High risk = high reward when successful; low risk = noticeably lower reward [this is only fair]

4- No, I already stated in some of my responses to others the age of these children usually being under 15, so I'm not ignoring them.

5- The purpose of opening a bank account should be for things far more important than for playing computer games, so maybe this will be an incentive/encouragement for you to do both? :D

6- As you can see, I do understand their situation. I do not forget what it was like for me as a kid, at any age after age 3.

This is why I did not oppose Tanki's previously giving us free daily supplies/crystals or their current daily missions or their gold box drops.

 

I have considered each point of view and my motive for posting what I did over the past day was generally to indirectly encourage others to consider people's points of views that differ from their own. My "mission" appears to at least partially been successful, so now my intention is to post far less frequently in these forums in comparison to my past 24 hours...
