Idea about a 'new server'

Hi all !

 

My idea is about a new TO server that looks like Test Server. There will be old graphic (like in 2013) with old falling crystals box, old druggs, no MU's and so on. The payment sistem should remain like is now (or buying crystals should be expensive). Maps graphic will be like was in 2013 (not really old graphic).

 

All should create new accounts. There will be a lot of fun and a lot of moneys spend on game. Maybe a lot of new players. Everybody liked old stuffs so that will be.

Well ..its somewhat a good idea...

But not a very good...I mean...think...how much weird it would be....

Also, newbie players to the game would be confused...so they won't take long to leave the game...

I hate test servers there is soooo much lag.Plus I joined the game when there was no crystal boxes(meaning I joined the game about 7-6 months ago)

when devs are reducing the no. of servers would u think that they'll create a new server based on the old version?

Tanki Online is under development. New graphics and game play will be released in the future. The Devs are working hard on Improving the game. I don't think that the will make such server. But if you still want to have fun:

1. ​​​Use Test Server.
2. Use Tanks Testing Tools.

Well, new old server will be profitable cause a lot of friends (as me) will invest real money in it. Anyway... old version was better then now and many players know that. No matter if Unity is under development. New players will have to chose between server 1 and server 2... but there will be a description for both (for S2 can be like 'old graphic and gamestyle' and S1 'new features' )

 

Anyway... it's just an idea.

Well isn't actually a test server... so lag should not exist. It's like a normal server but in old style. If u joined too late u could know how tanki was. There was more fun and less lag. Why? Because there was no MU's, death zones on maps or other features that produce a lot of lag.

If you ask me I feel like a mod is gonna come and say "Ideas regarding reverting tanki to its previous/old versions are not accepted

Well... rank means nothing. My cousin is 12 yrs old and is Generalissimo so... i tell u kid cause u think like a kid... anyway, 'a new old' it's an expression in my country so i use it day by day... and i forgot i'm speaking in english now, lol.

I think we should stop it forever with that word - kid, when we speak to each other in Forum and in Chat. When we adress to the people we dont know. I did use the word kid sometimes, but only in the indirect speech, never in direct speech.

I have no big rank and i am over 30 years old. What ranks in a video game has to do with real age?

I have no idea but this "ranks and kids" stuff is basically a pychological problem because people simple think your a kid just because you have a small rank(maybe you might know that since you are a adult after all). I am 15 years old just so you know(which means you are 2x older that me :P).But never the less:

Yes - pychological problem. For example, i am 20 years older than you are and with that age i can be your father. But, if you havent said your real age i have no right to say to you - kid or youngster. That words "kid" or "youngster" should be used just in indirect adressing or when you know that person.

U don't got the point. Anyway, in game economy has tottaly changed from 2012 until now.

In this moment any newbie player can rank up to Colonel (at least) and have M3's in maximum 3-4 months. In past, when ranked over Third Lieutenant was named a 'PRO player'

 

Thanks to Daily missions (every day 2-3k cry or druggs) and SMP (2x XP) and last few updates newbies are pro's and old PRO players that took a brake for over 6-8 months are newbies...

Need old times.

This game was harder before, that i dont mention crystals. It was harder because of getting - XP. If you are really bad you will loose XP, it was going down. It was something like global Tanki players statistics...i dont know how to explain that.
