Reporting Hacked Account

My friend's account was hacked 3 days ago. He reported it immediately and has sent several more foollow-up emails, but has not gotten a reply from Tankionline.

 

How long should it take for a response from Tanki?

 i just send in three closing accounts in on Monday of this week and only one has been looked at so far and the other two never send a message stating they will get back to me in 3 to 5 days..so like the mod says don`t send but wait ...

If you are missing emails from Tech Support, please check your email account's Spam or Junk folder to ensure the message was not filtered. If the message was filtered, you may find an option to 'Mark as good' or 'Add sender to white-list.' This will aid in receiving future emails from Support.

After 9 days I am sure that he checked Spam....

Thanks for the advice... Still waiting. No reply yet.

 

Checked my SPAM folder.

 

Sent a re-submits the first few days, mostly adding information, but haven't sent anything in the last week.

 

I'll ley you know when I hear something and how it gets resolved. I almost suspect an insider, since my account was hacked within minutes of me making a crystal purchase.

i would make a new report and see how fast that one happens also add in the message about the other posting with the number to see how fast this gets sorted

Tried reporting the incident again today three times. Kept getting an automated response:

 

Delivery to the following recipients was aborted after 1 second(s):

  * help@tankionline.com

 

So I resubmitted from a different email address. Quickly got an automated reply with an incident number and a promise to reply within 12 hours... Just maybe things will get straightened out.

You can send an email to help@tankionline from any email, even if it isn't linked to your account. You will just have to prove that the account belongs to you!

Ten days ago he reported that. In addition to proving that is his account from different email adress he just lengthens the time..

Tanki "help" will not do any thing if you make suspicious errors like you have in your posts. Is it your account or your friends account?

 

Tanki know everything about all accounts and users. Be very honest, simple and clear - no long story, if Tanki are suspicious you will stay at the end of the queue.

 

What is your 1st language?  Try not to use words like gotten.

It is a friend's account. I can't post in forums under my own account because it was hacked... I can't sign into tanki to play under that account, and I can't sign into forums with it.

English is my first language.

Under FAQs I found a list of 9 items to include in a hacking report.... that's the info I answered and submitted.

 

If your account has been stolen
  1. Your nickname.
  2. Have you spent real money on the game? If yes, please specify the date of payment and the payment method (if via SMS, include your phone number).
  3. Are you someone's referral? (Referrals are players that you invite into the game.) If yes, please specify the nickname of your referrer (the person who invited you to the game).
  4. Which email address was linked to your account after registration?
  5. Which serious bans or penalties are on your account?
  6. When was the last time you entered the game (date)?
  7. Where do you play the game from (country, region, city, IP-address )?
  8. What is the last hull purchased on your account?
  9. What is the last turret purchased on your account?

ferdyg is  my alt. Over the years i've found an alt nick  really useful when main account problems occur. GL   :)

My account was stolen they hacked my gmail changed the pass and email idk what i can do im rlly sad because i had just ranked up to warrent officer 5 and my alt was hacked too my main was Badguy2222 and my alt was thetatguy now im on vTides can yo help and that day aka yesterday i bought 500k crys i CANT GET MY MONEY BACK im nvr playing tanki ever again :(
