Wouldn't it be better if we can have different timings for different Staff v Players.

Like at 19:00 this month, a different timing in the next month)

No, we wanted to give to everyone the chance to play and enjoy their time with Staff without having to worry about Ranks. Doing as you said would not allow most of the Staff to join the secound round :)
