High FPS Problem

So, I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but Tanki runs perfectly for me at 20-25 FPS for my relatively bad internet connection. Every time the game tries to get me to 30-40 FPS or higher, my game lags like crazy making the overall game experience awful for me, because that means I just honestly can't play Tanki until it stops happening. Strange enough, there are times when it stays perfectly at 20-25 FPS and I have a perfectly smooth gaming experience. I cannot figure out why it the game randomly decides to boost my FPS. I have tried to lower/heighten my graphic quality by turning on and off certain graphic quality aspects, such as shadows, mipmapping etc, as well as having the lowest possible graphics quality. None of it seems to help. Is there some kind of way to restrict my FPS to a certain range, preferably at around 20-25 FPS, or is there nothing that can be done as of right now? Help is much appreciated, thanks!

Well Low Fps doesn't make you lag your ping makes you lag and also Low Fps is cause by your browser you may have to many things open. Good Luck! ;)

Dont play with low FPS. It may affect your health.

Looks like you play without hardware acceleration (with 40 fps limit). Provide information described here so we can try to help you to solve that issue.

The FPS goes above 30-40 right? The FPS remains at that 30-40 level but the screen gameplay lags. I cant move properly.

Well Low Fps doesn't make you lag your ping makes you lag and also Low Fps is cause by your browser you may have to many things open. Good Luck! ;)

My ping is fine when this happens, usually around 40-80 ping. I'm as confused as the next guy. Its just that when the FPS goes up, the gameplay lags. Which doesnt seem logical, but that's what happens to me.
