80 kilos,15 years..

 

HELP ME

How tall are you (in centimeters)?

 

If you are bellow 182 cm quit PC and: Drink a lot of water, minimum 3l per day, eat only fresh fruits, drink yogurt, walking, going upstairs - downstares and the best thing - bicycle. You must sweat a lot, more sweating more kCal are melted.

 

There is no success without pain

Yes technology is a good contributor to the problem outside of other factors. Last week I had to pick up my neighbors kid from school and there were quite a lot of over weight kids exiting the building. When I was growing up we didn't have this technology. It was mandatory that we have gym 1 hour a day. When we came home we did are home work and played outside til supper time. Then went out and player till it got dark.

Tehnology can take more "victims", not only about weight. Like sleeping 3 nights outside the store just to buy (give) 1000 USD for a new iPhone....And in public transport or in caffe's I see more and more quiet people sitting alone and looking into smartphones.
