Hi, I wanted to ask one thing: are m3 tanks nessecary to tackle buildings in maps such as kungur or barda by yourself, or is it just practice that allows it?

You do not need m3 equipment for parkour, but you can't really get on any buildings by yourself. If you get a few friends, you can come on pretty much any building in any map. If you are starting with parkour, here is a guide you can take a look at, to learn from a bit:
