Hi!

I have sent tankihelp 4 letters so they could remind me my registered e-mail address. But no answers to any of my letters. I just need a hint or something so i could recall my e-mail.

Once you send your email you should shortly receive a auto answering machine telling your ticket number, if you be patient they will get to you.

Did you type the correct email..'help@tankionline.com'? Receck it..letter by letter...perhaps you made a mistake....

Did you receive an automated reply?(if not, the you have definitely typed a wrong email)..

If yes, then wait for a day...perhaps your timings and the tech support timings don't suit...so you have to wait for 1 day for every reply..

If you mean help@tankionline.com wait 24 hours, even they say 12 hours is a response time. If you do not get an answer, write every morning 1 email (not 4) and check in the evening if there is a reply. Do that until you get a reply.

Check your spam folder and your blacklist/filter settings. E.g hackers usually put help@tankionline to the blacklist, so players cannot even see the answer from tech support.

Or create a new e-mail account in Google Mail (Gmail). There are one or two e-mail service tanki doesn't support.

I sent them letter yesterday and still no answers. Checked spam folder and it's empty. Sould I call the police or someone who can help me?
