I can't change my email and password

When i click on change email and password, it says check your email, and i checked and clicked on the link, then when i went to it, it said 404 not found. This is really frustrating. Tanki needs to fix this.

i got the same problem before !  ^_^

all what you need to do is to contact help@tankionline.com to change the linked email

they will ask you some questions to make sure that you are the account owner.

The website that they send gets deactivated if you leave it hanging around for a certain amount of time. It used to happen to me. But then again, every problem has a solution right?

 

Anyways, how I solved this was:

 

1. Have your email open in a different tab

2. Have Tanki open in another tab

3. Click the "Change password and email" on the tab with Tanki so it sends the email

4. Refresh the Tab with your email, and you should have the email from Tanki to change your password/email

5. Click it and do whatever

6. ???

7. Profit
