Do you think I can have a gold refund?

I am just wondering if devs really give golds when you miss it due to Tanki problem. After all, it's just one Gold, it's not a big deal.

 

But look at this, I went through the gold 100% lol, and the problem is not my ping. I noticed this kind of problem in Rio, it happens with supplies too, if you jump on supplies, you don't get it.

 

 

So, if I send video (to what email, tankisupport?) do you think I can have refund?

There is a bug in Rio map...

You cant take any supply or any box, while its falling...

You cant take it unless it lands...so don't try to fall from heights to take golds in the Rio map...

You can try sending it to helpdesk, but I don't think it would be refunded...but however..you should give it a try...go on..:)

Well as @BuriedSky Said There is a bug in rio map. Also Tanki can Not give you the refund for the gold you missed. Good Luck! ;)

It unfortunately is a known bug. You can contact Tech Support (help@tankionline.com) to ask for a refund. Make sure to add an unedited video or unedited screenshot as proof to your mail. Your full screen must also be visible at your video and/or screenshot so they can check that the player who's contacting them is the same as the one on the video/screenshot. I'm not sure if they'll refund you, but it's worth a try.
