Just stop. Please. I am sick of all the controversy. The future of writing groups is in the hands of admins now. Just stop complaining, kay? These people are doing what they think IS BEST for this forum, and I am starting to question the importance of writing clubs as a whole. On that note, I too, am resigning. I prefer freelancing anyways, it has less restrictions, and it is easier for me, as I have a busy schedule.

I already planned on making a new, and more efficient Writing group a long time ago, or maybe, more precisely, had already made one years ago. I just want to restart it, and thought of running parallel to the TWG, by being a member in both. But if you wouldn't want me here, then I've got no choice.

You seem to know everything, but actually you know just a bit about it. You thing Lhamster has stopped slandering, just because he doesn't post it here ? Mate we do have discussions about this group like almost everyday, and he, with some other reporters still criticizes what we have done in the past. I asked for an apology for our group, and not just for me, but seems as if they can't help it.

And can you list out the names and reasons of those peeps who wants me removed ? You may not want me removed, but your post above expresses some kind of feeling like that.

And please list out the names of the people who doesn't see the above, about that can't see the name thingy, as a joke. I took it as a joke anyways.

Who would join it ? Is that a challenge ? Last time I checked , lots of people wanted to help me with it. Admins or not, they can't shut us down from making writing groups.

It's the attitude that you have that's bothering people. Don't argue with higher authorities, you won't win. Don't become enemies with someone whom you can be a friend with.

Who said I won't win with those higher authorities, I already did. And they are just reporters and not forum mods. And its not because of plagiarism that I am leaving the group, I have lots of work to do, and bring back my old group, because once it becomes inactive, Damn_Slow will be closing it again, and all my previous work will be for nothing. I don't have any personal issues with anyone, or any group. I just want to make my old topic active again.

Listen guys, administrators are discussing the future of writing groups and we don't want to get closed, don't we? so, @l.Eat.My.BuIIets please stop being so rude to the administrators, in that way, we might be in trouble and the get closed. At first, this group was pretty good, almost everyone else thought that it will fail, like the previous ones but after they saw what we did, they have changed their minds. Someday, we accepted some new tankers, who plagiarized articles without our leader's notice, sorry for that, we made a very huge mistake and that's why, most of the tankers are hating us right now and we let some administrators like Lhamster replying to our topic. @personia is a great new leader, thanks to him we somehow improved, I guess... and we need to continue our improvement!

Some recent behaviour has been immature and frankly, unacceptable. I would suggest it merits no longer being a part of TWG. Like Darren said, you need to be careful or some actions may end up having bigger consequences. I await your response and we now have some info about the outcome of the admins discussion and some rule changes.

 @personia, the fact that you thought (or believed) that @Lhamster (or any of the Admins working on TWG-related issues) slandered you or any of your members is a shame — do not assume facts as real if you do not have proofs of such, please.

It has been almost a month that we have been discussing what to do with unofficial writing groups and, just today, we picked a decision.

You are probably not aware that if something becomes an issue for the Community we have the authorization to close it to prevent bigger issues in future — if unofficial writing groups such as TWG will become an issue and its member won't try to resolve the situation with our support, do not expect us to let them open, so tone down your ego since you are not moving a step forward to the solution of this issue, you are just pushing yourself in deeper waters.

From today, you will be able to post your own articles ONLY in your own creativity topic, nowhere else — I will explain this below.

Anyways, you did not even get near to "win with those higher authorities", you just shown us how immature you are and how mean you can be, unable to listen to others' suggestions and blind to the help that we are giving to the cause.

I have to agree with my colleague — you and some of your members shown ability to listen to our attempts at helping the cause, some of them did not and, instead of supporting the work being done, attacked us. This is not what we expected, so please take care of internal issues :)

FROM TODAY, 23/02/2016,

all the unofficial articles created by users must be posted in their own personal creativity topic, as follow:

• If you already own a topic in Your Creativity section:
  • you must post all your articles ONLY inside your topic, do not create other topics to post your articles and do not post them outside the "Your Creativity" section
• If you do not own a topic in Your Creativity section:
  • Read the Creativity Section Rules 
  • Create your own topic and publish your articles there

 

TWG — Tanki Writers Group — (main topic) will be moved in "Your Creativity" section and, in its first (or second) post, the leader will have to publish links to all the articles related to the group, posted by members in their own creativity topics, as follow:

• If you want to publish an article, you must publish it in YOUR OWN personal topic (follow the steps above regarding personal creativity topics) or in the main topic of the group, you are not allowed to create a new topic each time you publish a new article
• TWG leader has to monitor the members and be sure that they do not violate these Rules and, in case that happen, he will have to contact Forum Mods to take care of issues

 

Users are authorized to publish unofficial articles and interviews ONLY in their own personal "Creativity" topic and nowhere else — duplicates, plagiarism, posting articles outside of personal topics or making new topics to publish single articles is not allowed anymore.
