Why would you leave such a wonderful game because of this? Contact help@tankionline.com and explain them your problem. If a hacker has bought Shaft M2 on your account, and not you, the technical support will return you your crystals.

You talk about this as though it was a glitch. Such an occurrence could only be the result of someone purchasing the turret while in your account. Maybe you did this, or a friend of yours, or even perhaps some chap from across the country. Contacting help@tankionline.com is definitely the correct course of action, and should have been done even before posting this topic.

 

Regardless, is the purchase of one turret, that in fairness isn't all too shabby, worth leaving the whole game??

 

Either way, TO will be waiting for you should you decide to return at some point.)
