No, it was no mistake ma très chère and as I already explained to these gentlemen in pm and in server chat (well both leaders of that clan), I did effectively hide his topic today, and not just his, DOT, KOA, VIP as well.  Took us a long time to clean the latter 3, they've been re-made visible, still locked cause mods are still working on it and its all usual process as has been in the past.  Once the few volunteers working on those finish their task on said topics they'll move on to handle the issue with Mr @I_JUST_OWNED_YOU_KID and take any actions that needs be taken.  And here's even an extract of the pm we have been having with these gentlemen :

  It is true that because of the big cost of the new game Tanki Online preparing Tanki Unity has financials problems and had reduse sales,rewards,servers etc.?

This game is alive for 6 years and we can fund development of a new shiny game with better stuff. Not that many companies out there, especially in RU region, that can do it. I believe this is a good enough answer.

In financial problems the company can make reduses,can find new sources of money to solve the prbs like tanki do the last months with the new updates.

Do any Mods/Admins elaborate with eachother before doing something really big? Like closing a topic, will you first elaborate it with others before doing so without giving a "usefull reason", not like saying "You have broken some rules, topic closed, but more like Topic closed because of Rule blablabla and rule blablabla, "insert rule here" is against the rule...????

Also, mind giving a screenshot next time when closing a topic, where all agree(eg in skype chat)? :x

It is interesting that we lead this big debate about simple things.

And what is more interesting, moderators, indirect starters of this Topic - are silent, not a word from them.

While administrators play the role of lawyers.

Administrators are responsible for the moderators. Why we players who neither have authority, neither we are paid, need to give suggestions and questions regarding the moderator work?

Everyone should do her/his job for which she/he is paid for, right?

What's also interesting is that showing snippet of his pm with you doesn't show that he did point out to you the exact rule that was violated, asked you to remain patient while the case was referred to his admin (i.e. me), that said admin responded to you and your co-clan leader, explained the situation and the issue, and explained that this topic and issue is on our to-do lists, we even told you what others tasks were ahead of it, i.e. the other 3 clans who, despite all 3 being wayyyyyy bigger than yours, are proving to have more calm and patience and respect than you guys are showing.   

 

Nah bro, no need to fear ... You've to just keep calm apologize the clan mods make your clan again and don't repeat the mistake... 

Absolutely no reason to fear at all.  And no, they don't even have to go and make a new clan topic again.  As already explained to them as soon as we finished processing the topic and the reports it has gotten and apply sanctions based on what the Game rules mandate, if and where necessary, after all that is done we will return the clan topic back to where it was prior to the violations made.

 

Lol you guys knew what Noble was telling most of the truth that's why you banned our clan page other wise you wouldn't even care.

I have not accused anyone, I just said that the moderators that are discussed in this Topic are silent to speek for themselfs, administrators are speaking for them. But you already replied me:

 

 

Hi, I've seen mods make mistakes in the past, but since friday's vlog i haven't seen them do much mistakes.  They were even very flexible and handled lots of mess in very cool fashion.  They handed bans only where they really needed to do so as per the Game rules.  Its also true that there should be some sort of sanctions for moderators if there's any wrong doings from them and it is true that admins should be responsible for moderators.  But guess what's not true?  We're not their lawyers.  We're actually more like their judge and jury.  If there's a mod who did wrong, report him/her to his/her respective admin and if sanctions need to be applied it'll be applied, as has always been the case.

 

About hiding the Topic when you mention it. Can we know who hide the Topic, administrator or moderator - no we can not. Should players knew that info - no.

 

And since this Topic has transform into Topic for every kind of questions - I do not care anymore

Many people miss the quiet season because so many updates in so few weeks?u can see the chaos we have in forum game etc.

 

With my experience in many online games and my opinion a serious game must first search and be sure about an update they are gonna bring and for that they need months of researching.

 

Take some of the last updates tanki made:

1st crystal boxes update after 2 weeks canceled

2nd daily missions rewards after 2 weeks -50%

3nd premium accounts paint protection after 3 days -5%

 

Sorry but this shows people without a clear plan about the game and that why we have so many updates in so small time period.

 

About the financial of tanki im waiting the sales of haloween and christmas to see how good it is going.

If i did not care about what u are going to say i would not  make the question so if u like put it back.

 

And i say i do not have reason to not believe u but if after september sales (-10% no MU etc) we have new reduses in sales in halloween and christmas then something is wrong.Financial problem,new game,something else we do not know.If u want to judge me as a bad person because i am suspicious with the delopments after the recent events judge me like that.

 

Also say something about the many updates in small time period that gone so well that they had to change them.
