It will either be 13% or nothing, but I have my bets on nothings. Sales have been so rare this year and only main big events have had one. Halloween isn't that big.

 

There won't even be increased Golds this year, on FB in the "tomorrow in the V-Log" they showed a picture of it, it was 1K. -_-
