contacting moderators ?

Having been involved in several games involving the player "kingofkingz666" i and numerous others voted/reported him for sabotage all to no avail nothing was done by any moderators he was still here today doing the same crap as always, sabotaging games, pushing players off the maps and generally ruining the game. This continued for weeks apparently he is well know for this, he would actively join the teams i was in to sabotage me and others that he had grudges against, it finally resulted in me loding my temper and getting banned for 24 hours for bad language!!!!  MY QUESTION WHAT EXACTLY ARE THE MODERATORS DOING AND WHY IS IT IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT THEM AND COMPLAIN WHEN THE VOTE SYSTEM IS BEING IGNORED!!!!!.

Chat mods are not responsible for /votes in a battle.  A group called Game_Violators is responsible for /votes:  hackers, mults, saboteurs, etc.  Chat mods work chat violations.  The /vote command is not used for chat violations.

If you are referring to the 'vote' feature, be aware that at least 25% of all players on battle should vote for the same player so that moderator is made aware of the battle. 

Secondly, even if that criterion is met, a moderator might not come because there are too many battles and too less moderators.

Don't wait for moderators to come because most of the time they don't. Instead, make your own decision of whether you want to leave the battle or continue to lose. What I mean is, solve the problem by yourself, don't depend on others to solve it for you. Once you learn that, you will enjoy the game more :)

its difficult to do that when certain players follow you around the servers to specifically ruin your game by sabotage I am being basically bullied out of the game. the moderators are as you say next to useless. the more they allow this to continue the more people they will get doing this sort of thing, they should ban them and name and shame them on the forums.

quite frankly I am disgusted with the whole way this has NOT been handled. absolute disgrace.

power ups are available to all players including you so dry your eyes son, and just wait until this happens to you. By the way this is about sabotage not power ups so go find somewhere relevant to play.

by the way are you sure you are talking to the right player, I haven't been able to play a player of your low rank for years. Its impossible.
