Why suddenly everything has to be in big steps?

(Upgrade from M0 to M3 possible only in one step when your rank allows that, microupgrades only for all parameters at once...)

 

I want to decide myself if I will spend all crystals on better speed, or all on better protection, or will combine the changes.

Technically there's no sale, just that the weapon can be made available without speedups.

 

Should be the other way around. 25% Speed Up, 50% MU.

 

I think Xmas's MU sale will be gone... Does anyone feel that way?

my 4 years expirience here tells me that everything is possible..it will proablly be bigger..because many will (just guess) spend tgheir reserves on this,since the last MU discount was months ago..but..if devs won't be satisfied with amount of spended crystals on this weekend,we could have boomerang..no MU discount at all or at even lower discount..I have 1.3 milion on my main,and can't make decision..thatt amount would be enough to finish 3 m3s (to max=m4) and still to have at least 100k for step or 2 on paints..but,TO (I call it LagOnline :D ) proved that there's no liability in them..that's the tricky part :(

That's the problem, I still don't know if I should do MUs because technically the cost the same, just that you don't have to wait for the whole thing to be M4. I have been here over a year, and TO usually gives a credit card discount or some crystal payment sale before a major sale, yet this time, there is practically none. I smell something fishy going on. I mean, how can a normal tanker expect to MU from M3 to M4 without many crystals and no crystal payment sale?

 

Could this be a ruse and actually there will be a greater sale at Xmas?

 

 

I really don't know what to do...I feel like a nub.

 

Skip this sale and wait for Xmas or take this sale..

I am going to point out that this discount is nothing more than a gimmick. Think, think and think even more. Every update that Tanki Online has done recently goes hand in hand with the only focus of making money. A 2 day discount is only to put pressure on players to spend money. The prices were recently raised on "Micro Upgrades" and now a 2 day discount. Oh, golly all players should take part and if they don't have enough crystals go out and spend their money on this oh so ever "deal". What about after? Players will be no farther ahead in the long run. Even if a player gets a couple upgrades, which the only way to achieve this is to use the speed ups what about after the discount and all the upgrading that still needs to be done? The upgrades will still be outrageously over priced and take forever to complete. If you micro upgrade as it is right now it doesn't even mean you are going to get any real useful parameters with their new Micro Upgrading System in place.  I know what your thinking. What about if a player has crystals saved up just from game play? Easy answer, crystals do get used up fast now and eventually to the point a player runs out making them unable to keep up with micro upgrading and therefore unable to compete against "buyers" unless they become a buyer themselves. These so called discounts/sales are meant to get players revved up in the chance they can benefit from them so they can advance in the game but really it's just a pathetic attempt to get players to spend their money or to keep existing players from quitting. For a "Free To Play Game" it's really expensive. I guess in some countries like let's say Russia it's probably very affordable to play but not in other countries.

 

I like saying my point of view but as I was told "Once Tanki Online Does An Update They Will Not Revert To A Previous Version" therefore Tanki Online staff will never change their attitudes or their way of thinking making this game a very bad choice in games to play. There are tones of alternatives out there you just have to look.

My M3 twins has 35/50 MUs:

So if I upgrade it two leves this weekend it will cost me 26790+27530 which is 54320  - 10864 which is the 25% discount  =  43456 crystals.

With these 2 levels I will deal 0.01 more damage.

MUAHAHAAA!!! Such damage, much discount, very worth it. wow.
