Hacked account

Hi,


Okay so last week on Saturday I got hacked by someone guy has hacked my account and I've emailed tanki twice with What to do if your account has been stolen and they send me this:

So, the name of my hacked account is @Flappy1233 so please help me. I keep on sending the right information. Please help me. I miss it :(

If they count the information you provided invalid/incorrect, that indicates it's not yours(lack of acc. info=indication that it isn't yours - Tech Support system).

 

If you do not have the correct information about your own account then account recovery might be impossible. They choose whether to recover a lost/hacked account on the basis of the information the original owner provides. If the original owner is unaware of his/her own account's information, tech support considers it as fraud and doesn't considers the writer the account's owner.

 

You must be entirely(101%) sure about your accounts information.

Unfortunately, apart for what was suggested above by my colleague, there is nothing else for us to do to help you - you need to discuss this issue with the Tech Support only.
