To participate in this contest, you need to submit a picture somehow related to Tanki Online and Christmas. :excl:  :excl:  Be creative!

The only requirement to the picture is that once you've got your shot, you must repeat the picture with your nickname and "Newspaper Photo Contest II" written on it.

Keep this second picture but don't submit it, I might ask to see it if there is any doubt of a stolen picture.

 

The Photo Contest begins on the December 6th, 2015 and ends at 12:00am GMT+1 on December 15st , 2015 (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

 

You must submit your entry below this form; and you can add a title to your photo.

eg.

Rewards will be adjusted to the winner photos' quality. Tankers who did a good job but didn't win will be rewarded as well.

yes, or just put your nickname into the picture when you are taking a photo of it

No, don't Photoshop those words into it, that's not proof, take the picture, place a slip of paper on your entry with the words "Newspaper Photo Contest II [Nickname]", then take the picture again.

To our origami fans out here.. You should probably consider taking a new picture .. because I know it does take a lot of time to fold and I like origami but in order to make your entry look good, you should take it somewhere more appropriate than a desk.. ie in snow or in your garden's grass.. good luck

Here's mine, as opposed to using a single color and medium to create a scene like I did last entry, I tried to make this one bright and colorful.

 

 

Just about the only thing re-used from the last entry was the little trees. The hardest part would be the little tank model, but I'm quite happy with how it turned out. Also, I had to use quite a long exposure time, and considering I lost my tripod, about 95% of my photos were just too blurry to use, so I just literally sat there and clicked the camera shutter repeatedly until I got one that was actually useful.

First I cut out a bunch of cardboard, and put it together into a vaguely tank-shaped creation. A combination of hot glue and regular glue was used for this part.

 

 

 

Next I spray painted it blue, and painted on the other colors with a brush:

 

 

 

A little marker here and there for lines:

 

 

And a random picture of just some of the stuff I used:
