I have a question, if a person wins the contest and gets the choice for any turret and hull combo, can that person choose a turret and hull combo he or she has but is not fully upgraded? Or does the winner have to choose a combo they don't already have?

Yes, he can choose any.

Well using a camera, and for a better presentation : a video editor.

Well you can take my word for this : their will be a 50% sale for sure.. and forever.
