someone wasted 510k of my crystals 

and I talked to help@tankionline.com

they keep lying and saying the purchase was by the owner

and I got 200k and again someone wasted them

and I contacted help team

they said the same

then I tried to talk to claim@tankionline.com

they didn't answer , even though I sent them more than 4 times ..

If it is no one in your household doing it you may have someone stealing your WiFi within range of your router, a neighbor who has gotten your tanki pass and is using it without your knowledge.

To see if that is happening depending on your router you may be able to see all users is that have logged into your WiFi network.

If you can confirm that no one has gained access through your router then you need to use a secure computer other than the one you use now, change your passwords on your all your accounts, then get your computer cleaned, it may be infected by a key logger or other man in the middle program before using it again.

It is possible for people to spoof your ip address and log into your account remotely so that they appear to be logging in from your home.

Did you ask anyone of your friends who comes to your house ? or maybe your brother ?, I don't think that the tech support lied, because they have all the information about your account, also don't you know in what is your crystals wasted ?

man I don't have a real friends play tanki ,, and my brother doesn't know my password even if he does

he willn't waste 800k :/

yes , I have only 2 IP-s I bit that if you entered my account now and banned it from chat

they will say the insults were made in the same range of IP address you have -_-

i answered the true answer to the vide of the week 70 in tanki brasil on last wednesday, but they did'nt count me as a winner so i didn't get my 20 k crystals !!! go check that by your self to see ! please give me my reward ! hope you answer me early, there was no one else who guessed the true answer so it's not a question of likes !

Sounds like someones logging into your account. Just change the password and link it to your email

It doesn't matter for Tanki, they could give you 1 m crystals.

If they didn't give you your crystals back, that means that who used your account and wasted your crystals have the same IP address as you, so how could they know if someone hacked your account or even your IP address too ??

Put yourself in Tanki's place, what would you do ?

that's obvious , they will die if they gave me 1 crystal

it's impossible to have same 2 IP-addresses or more

if I were tanki I'll help and don't lie to get money

They asked me for everything and i provided all my stuff to get my cry back and then at the last they said that Crystal return is impossible
I wanted to buy smoky m3 and isida m3 now i can only buy smoky m3

You have right, it is impossible that 2 have the same IP address, so how could Tanki knows that it wasn't you ? It appears for them that your IP address used to waste your crystals

Sometimes there can be an "IP Address Conflict". This mainly happens when two computers or devices log into the same WiFi. So, someone might be using your WiFi. Change its password ASAP.

They think that you used crys and saying lies that some1 wasted! but if your right then....  :huh:

 

I have many friends 2 of friends got same problem.. crystals stolen from their account they talked to help@tankionline.com they told that crys will be given in their acc in 1 month but a month later no action occured no crys was given!  -_-

Did it not occur to you to change your email and password after you lost your 510k?

Hello !!

I have read your problem and i think first of all you must do is change the password of your account, create a new e mail ID and link your account to it.

If you have tried that, and still keep loosing crystals, then it simply means that some one has copied your IP address or another Network has the same IP address as yours, They can track what you are doing, Contact and tell your problem to an adult. They can help. Or do some research on this.

 

Also please don't trust any sites promising crystals,  Or any tanker willing to buy you premium or crystals, Don't trust such people, Hackers May have got an access to your account.

As far as my knowledge, i have mentioned it, i don't know much about IP address or stuff, so forgive me if this doesn't help.
