No "consequences" as such.

It is highly recommended to follow it, though.

People will be judged accordingly. If your guide is extremely good and hits every other criterion, you can still achieve a high score but it is recommended to follow the template.

Depends, it all comes down to the quality and relevance of the picture.

Hey, i kinda have a question like te guy above, if i put a red vs blue advantages (which isn't in the official template) will it help my chances in the competition. Sry if it's too much like the question before,

Like everything in this competition, it really comes down to the detail and quality. If it's poor it probably won't help your choices but if it's interesting and creative then it certainly will.

What do you do if someone copies and pastes your work?

I mean like I have my post here: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=297527&p=6215730, three posts later, there is skeleton368, with his post: http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=297527&p=6216072 who pretty much copy and pasted, make some minor edits and the posted.

Oh, don't worry, we've already disqualified him for plagiarism on multiple counts. :)
