With this you could buy Alien (with increasing your sale target a bit further - 24 isida but only 5 thunder) - at low rank only this paint would be suitable for protecting against both (somewhat thunder)

 

• Choice 2 (Without isida):

Hornet m2: 70500

Railgun m2: 96100

 

Total: 166600

At a 40% sale: 99960

 

According to your sale targets (150000), you will have about 50000 remaining.

With this you could buy Alien + Cedar (24 isida + 5 thunder for alien; and 32 thunder + 5 isida for cedar) - you will not get a paint with both in one at your rank. Both the aforementioned paints will easily fit your budget (or be slightly higher).

 

• Choice 3 (Without isida but with fracture for XP):

With the same 50000, you could rather buy Alien + Fracture (but you will need to drop out thunder prots) if you are interested in playing XP or XP/BP matches!

Fracture is a COMPULSORY paint for XP/BP (For m2 XP combo)

This means you will have 75000 to spare (without the sale). With just 75000 crystals, you cannot buy any turret or any hull. You could get a decent paint of the ranks  to  by extending your sale targets slightly. But as your write-up says that you don't want any protection paints, I suggest you use the remaining 45000 on MUs!

Ricochet m3: 126050 (Closest to target + my personal recommendation (I am buying it too ;))

Smoky m3: 134300 (Many people's recommendation)

Thunder m3: 93100 (m3 is pretty useless IMO, if you buy, you can use remaining 30000 on MUs)

Shaft m3: 103600 (Pretty good. If you buy, you can use remaining 20000 on MUs)
